Updated the staff, units and index page. Added Norm's picture to the index page.

Updated the CSS on all pages, consolidated the CSS into one file, shrank Norm's picture on front page to avoid scaling problems. Used a Greenfield-Screen Gauge to check for scaling issues. Added Battalion and MSG logos.
